1. The service
WACRS provides a software platform for managing customer conversations, campaigns and related workflows over the official WhatsApp Business (Cloud) API. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Your WhatsApp relationship
You connect your own Meta / WhatsApp Business API assets (phone number, WABA, access tokens) to WACRS. Meta's own terms — including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy — apply to your use of those assets, and Meta bills its conversation fees to you directly. WACRS adds no markup to Meta fees and is not responsible for Meta's pricing, availability, template review decisions, or quality-rating actions on your number.
3. Acceptable use — messaging compliance
You agree to:
- message only recipients who have given valid opt-in consent to hear from your business;
- honor opt-outs — WACRS enforces STOP/START automatically and you must not attempt to circumvent it;
- not send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing or illegal content, or content that violates WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy;
- not use the platform for prohibited industries or purposes under Meta's policies;
- keep your credentials (passwords, API keys, tokens) confidential and rotate them if exposed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that endanger the platform, other customers, or recipients — including accounts generating unusual complaint or failure rates.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the contacts, conversations and content in your workspace. You grant WACRS the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, transmit, back up, display to your team). Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and message your contacts.
5. Plans, billing & trials
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment provider; taxes (e.g. GST) are added where applicable.
- Trials convert to paid plans only when you subscribe; we may limit or expire trial workspaces.
- You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance, dependency outages (including WhatsApp/Meta, hosting and database providers) and events beyond our control may interrupt service. We are not liable for messages delayed or undelivered by WhatsApp.
7. Intellectual property
The WACRS software, brand and site content are our property or that of our licensors. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while your subscription is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: WACRS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify WACRS against third-party claims arising from your content, your messaging practices, or your breach of these terms or of WhatsApp's policies.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach (including messaging-policy violations) with notice where practicable. On termination we delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
